Very bad service..it's totally waste of time..
Furniture is very good to photography...
And also staff is very lazy...

Never trust salesman, because one time you give a booking amount after he does not respond properly and broken promises.
After you want to refund then I still not get proper response from his side and manager.
I really feel bad behavior.

Amazing showroom. They have all the latest Maruti Suzuki Nexa cars and the staff is super helpful too.

Problem- Worst experience ever. The salesman (donot want to name harm) is not well informed about rules and regulations. Behaves like government employee. He said different things while i was making enquiry and purchases. While at the time of purchase he denied what he said confidently before. Its not that this is a common experience with all Nexa showrooms but the issues are faced with this particular branch(found similar complaints when i read other reviews).

Solution- If you really want to improve stop giving promises or information you are not sure about. Its okay if you donot know about a particular query you can always say, " I will check with my senior and let you know about it"

If you are going to home during lunchtime its okay be honest about it. Don't lie with the customer that you are making a sale while you are not even present at the showroom. Things like this makes customer lose interest.

The Nexa brand for which it was created is not experienced at all in this showroom. There is no such thing as a premium in a showroom
