Very bad experience at Sahil Hyundai.
Staff don't care about customer.
I went to showroom for insurance before 10 days of expiry of my car insurance, three female staff near insurance counter all gossiping, one of the freshers staff done my insurance and she did mistake, I specifically told to do Zero-dap but she did normal 60-40 one. After asking for correction she talked to one senior guy Mr chandan, they told it will be corrected after 24 hr. Next day i had a call to come to showroom and get the corrected insurance, when I reached Mr chandan told not possible that day because of some technical issues, there is no need to visit showroom he will do it send it to me. Now it has passed 15 days, old insurance has expired new insurance 60-40 has been cancelled and no insurance has been done.
Since than I have visited 5 times to showroom, calling every day or alternate days. Every time their response remain like "I will do it today/after 10 min and send you" or they not pick the phone or blame other staff she/he has not done.

Mistake happens everywhere but one should have act like to correct the mistake like staff should call and inform about status of the issue, at least respond to call.

My experience is like Sahil Hyundai staffs has no co-ordination and responsibilities.

At present my car has no insurance and Sahil Hyundai has no responsibility.

OK guys i am going to give a genuine review of sahil hyundai which is located in Darbhanga First of all their greeting gesture is too good you feel like a celebrity second they provide you each and every details about cars both advantage and disadvantage, a salesperson named Anand mohan Jha he was my guide he was such a good person he take care of your every need you want in a car inshort sahil hyundai experience was fantastic love to buy cars with them...

I was planning to buy an Maruti Suzuki car but then I met with an amazing person Mr. Anand Mohan Jha Sir he is Truly blessed with salesman Spirit he Changed my mind and Now yes I Am going to buy An Hundai Car from Sahil Hundai , Amzangi Experience with the Showroom Executives the way the treat their customers is truly on different level I suggest you must vist once if you're planning to buy a wonderful Can and yes Please Go with anand Mohan Jha he will let you evey detailed in very generous way ...

It's a very good showroom with all the facilities available. The behaviour as well as the efficiency of the staffs especially Mr. Ravi who was assisting me was being very professional as well as decent. It's a good experience overall.
