KIA MOTORS Darbhanga

Very poor response, after waiting 1 hour in the service Manager cabin, the service manager didn't attend us. We came from 120 kms Saharsa for service.

Everyone please be alert do not go and buy a car from such vendors who are not responding to the customers.

Requesting #Tata_motors air to take action or franchise licence from such dealers who are not keeping control on their staff.

All staff are good and darbhanga showroom neat and clean.. specially Darbhanga branch manager Shiv Shankar Prasad ji is very good person I am so happy now❤️❤️

Tata vehicle is very good, in safety and mileage. I have purchased tata altroz from darbhanga, but i m very unsatisfied because of tata service. Here no service centre. I have call many times they assured me i will call before when service person came from मुजफ्फरपुर. After 5 months no one help us. Car is good but service is very bad ,so my advice nofo not purchase tata vehicle from darbhanga.
