Booked tiago almost 45 days ago from this dealership but till now haven't got. However at the time of booking car I was assured of delivery within 2 weeks. Lack of commitment is there on behalf of salesman or company. I don't know if such things happen with other companies as well or particularly with me.
Some other things which I personally felt abnormal at this dealership is that it's showroom is enclosed in a boundary raised campus. Any passerby cannot really distinguish that there is a car showroom also inside it. On entering you will not receive a welcoming gesture. In my case I had to wait for around half an hour for the salesman to come and make things understand. I really didn't want to post such negative review but somewhere I felt a sense of creating awareness so that other customers might not also get same kind experience.

Experience of the service centre should be improved so that they can easily convince the customer they need adequate manner because people don't have that much knowledge then you so please try to resolve
