Make your staffs efficient and adequate. The service offered must be satisfactory. Whereas the service I received was very disappointing. Need lots of improvement in terms of attending customer, understand their urgency and staff efficiency. The ascessories quality is not worth the price... It seems they are
overpriced. Verify the quality of your accessories than tag a price. There are many options now a days to buy accessories for a car . And at a reasonable price we get good quality products too. So before selling at a higher price match the quality also.

I went at 9 30 am exact . The service advisor has immediately opened my file and took the car for the easy care service . Everything was done quickly except the washing team delayed . However overall their service is the best.

The experience was pleasant and special thanks to Bishal Pathak the excellent sales consultant of Renault.

His gesture and hospitality were amazing and very supportive.

Services and concern personal were very professional. Detailed information were given about the 60k km periodic maintenance. So it's overall a good decent experience at service.

The worst experience i ever had. I gave my car for clutch release bearing work but they forcefully changed the whole clutch mechanism saying that it's necessary.
I went for taking delivery and found fresh scratch on right door but people of service centre didn't accept that it was done by them. Rather they tried blaming that the scratch was already there when they accepted the car for repair works.

That's all. Rubbish service center.

Pros: Service wise , good. 4 star for service.
Cons: 1).Feels like need more human resources
2). Costs are comparatively higher. This is a common problem in every company showroom / workshop. Some product prices seems to b 50% higher than outside accessory outlets. 2 stars for product / accessory prices.

Suggestion to Renault India (policy /business development) : To stop draining of clients, try to understand d outside market where products are available at much lesser price & set ur price accordingly. Thank u.
