SSB Nissan Khanapara

Purchased Nissan Magnite from them. Overall good experience. Few ups and downs here and there.

I bought Nissan Magnite on 5th Feb '22 but till now Hard Copy of RC is not provided. Also, they promised to give FOC Seat Cover for Magnite but after delivery they are not responding.

Overall after sale service is seriously disappointing.

The manager Pankaj Das is a scammer..beware of that person..the customer service is also very bad..I have been calling them regarding the issues I face in car but no one picks the call..and we drove just for 3000 km and now the steering is not working properly nor the power window Switch is working..I think they gave us a bad one

I visited SSB Nissan for a test drive a month back. The showroom is located in a beautiful location. The employees are friendly. There is parking space as well. The employees have good product knowledge. Nissan is a reputed Japanese carmaker with global footprint. I test drove the Nissan Magnite which is a wonderful car. The car handles well, can easily negotiate bumps and potholes on the highway. Moreover, it can climb hills with ease. The build quality is good as well. I thank Jintu Deka of SSB Nissan for giving me his valuable time. Thanks 👍.
