To say the service were bad is an understatement, by far the worst service and they are a bunch of cheats, they took 6 months to supposedly fix my issue and charged me over 2 lacs and after a week of driving, it’s back in the workshop again with the same issue, they didn't fix the issue nor did they give me back a single rupee. I had to take the car to guwahati where they fixed it within a week. I suggest/advise you please go to any other worshop other than this.

Very slow service... Very very slow... And the office work i.e after your work done of the vehicle, they need extra 2-3 hrs or sometimes 4 hrs to do the paper work and billing... 2 star for some particular 1 or 2 person... And while servicing they take a lot of time, you will notice from the waiting room..

Worst service by workshop Service Department . Manoj Borgohain has an attitude issue. He is a very egoistic person. Very disappointed by his nature. People buy cars with great sacrifices and hopes, it should be respected. Only because of such people, Mahindra and Tata sales are down. I think this is not the first complaint. Many customers and even few staffs don't like his egoistic and attitude nature.

Time management was really poor.. Customer waiting lodge was pathetic.. ac did not working..

They take hell lot of time to tender any kind of service.

IT was a fake job portal thye taken our money but didn't response after that. Please forward it to the crime branch of police so that thye can take a legal action to Stop this nonsense thing's.

RD MOTORS HAD CALL ME REGARDING EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR THE VEHICLE ON MAY 21 2021 AND I HAVE PAID RD MOTORS ON THE SAME DAY. NOW IT IS JULY
THEY HAVE NOT SEND ME THE CERTIFICATE FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM LAST 2 MONTHS AND I HAD CALL THEM MANY TIMES BUT MY CALL HAD BEEN NOT PICKED UP BY THE MAHINDRA EXECUTIVE. WELL DONE BEGGARS

Not satisfied with the staffs' attitude.I rang them to get quote of the new Thar,but have still not received it even after three days inspite of calling them twice.The dealer is so a big no for me as I wonder what will be there after sales service.
