Need improvement in workshop department.
Always delays their work

Poor quality delivery, Poor Services, behaviour is not good enough.

Serving group is very good and supportive. Value for money service. Plan ur visit in a weekdays to avoid high traffic and long waiting list.

If u are planning in a weekend than my suggestion is to report as early as possible (before 7AM) to ensure your booking and to receive ur car back in the same day itself.

Maruti showroom in heart of city. Avail all services under one roof for cars. While comparing with other maruti suzuki dealership i am well satisfied with their service. Excellent communication and interaction towards the customer.

Overall Maruti Suzuki is one of my favourite car company is comparison to smoothness. But it ranks very poor in comparison to safety. My brother brought a Ertiga few days ago from Jorhat Anamika dealer and I visited with him for 1st servicing. I saw hundreds of cars are dumped cracked or snatched in worse conditions. I also visited in restroom and the response is very poor. No running water on basin, no latest newspaper, no recharge on TV , no tea or coffee was provided. I didn't expected that.

The quality of service has degraded a lot over the past years. Yes, they have probably better sales man selling them hefty amount of cars and the sales journey is good.

The customer journey post sales still needs an upgrade.

I went for dezire seat covers..
They have good collection of accessories.
The parking space can be more mintained, the condition was not good when I went there.
Could have given 5 stars if that was good.
