Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Bajrang Car World, Nagaon, NH 37 ByPass)

I have come for my 3rd free servicing in Maruti Suzuki Arena, Bajrang Car World Nagaon. Earlier in my 2nd servicing a few issues we're not checked properly. This time it will be resolved.

I have visited Maruti Dealer, Bajrang Car world NH-37 for the paid servicing of my Dzire VXI. I'm satisfied with the hospitality as well as the servicing.

I have done my 2nd servicing in Bajrang Car World Nagaon, Maruti Suzuki Dealer. I'm satisfied with both the 1st & 2nd servicing here.

I was traveling from Tinsukia to Guwahati on 22.07.2021, when I encountered some problem in the left side front wheel with buzzing sound. Immediately I stoped by a road side workshop at Jakhlabanda and the mechanic informed me that there is major issue in the car with regards to drive shaft or the axel so suggested me to visit any maruti showroom at Guwahati and proceed at a speed of less than 60 km/h. I was tensed with the situation and reached Bajrang Maruti showroom at Nagaon bypass at about 4:10 PM, when most of the staffs were leaving due to covid protocols and closure at 4PM. But the gentelmen - Workshop head was a real saviour and assured me to get a checkup done. The gentelman along with other staffs of the workshop at once took the car inside the workshop, did a throughout checkup and resolved the issue within no time. I am thankful to the only mechanic (he was a nepali accent guy) who came all along after he once ended his day end and repaired my car in no time. He is very professional. I am very obliged for their overwhelming service, though I was not thier customer nor did I buy the car from their showroom. I forgot to ask the name of the person (the workshop manager) but he was a real gentleman, dedicated to his service. I assure that this kind of service is only provided by Maruti across the state and the response of the Bajrang Maruti was extraordinary.
I can ready assure that once you get serviced your vehicle at Bajrang Maruti, you can sit back and relax as the person behind the services ( the Workshop Manager) is a very professional and dedicated person.

Worst experience ever. Charges extra in the name of logistics and brokerage in the name of registration which is illegal. I raised a complaint regarding it, which they didn't reply. After series of mails they waived off the brokerage and logistics charges and promised to deliver the car on time. At the last moment they denied to deliver it.
Sorry Maruti Suzuki, U don't have control over your dealers
