Good ambience,had good collection of vehicles,doesn't takes much time after booking and delivery of vehicles,loan facilities available, customer relation officers are good,service managers are well mannered.

One star is because only for the mannerless manager and studip staff.. Because every person of this showroom is fraudsters..i buyed xuv300 white colour on December 2021 i told them i will only buy the car in ex showroom price which they have accepted after i made all my payment through upi and cheque but after getting their payment they started the actual thing the main sale person came to me along with pen and paper and started calculating car price insurance and even without telling me anything they fixed the accessories to my car which worth rs 15thousand.

Last year I booked XUV700 after 8 months the car was in the showroom for delivery, but due to unavoidable circumstances I had to cancelled it. After a telephonic conversation with MD Mobibul on 23rd July, he asked to sent a message regarding the confirmation cancelled, I did it the same day. Then on 29th July he replied saying the cancellation process will be carried on 2nd August within the stipulated time of 10 to 15 days . After this on the last day of the month the employee Bijit called me up saying I need to submit my booking receipt, so on day 1 September I summited assuring that within a week things will be sorted out, since then I requested them so for so many times but in vain, stuck in Ladakh with high fever for almost 5 days i don't know how many have been experiencing like me .. but this is complete torturing

(Nagaon GD MOTORS).. Cannot even don't how to speak to customer ..mannerless staff nonsense..mainly mannerless service manager

Some of sales person's attitude is not good... All customers is not equal for them

The Service Manager Doesnt know how to speak to customer as they cant tackle issue regarding techinical issue of the vehicle
