Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Mittal Autozone, Guwahati, Lalmati)

Zero star is the best suited rating for this showroom.

I had taken a delivery of Brezza ZXI 2022 model from Mittal Autozone Guwahati on 9th sep 2022. There is no words to express how pathetic the sale services of the staff. They compelled me to buy the accessories worth 17k. They were not handing over the car until I pay for the accessories amount. Buying accessories from showroom is optional n we as a customer can buy from anywhere. I am also taking up the matter with the consumer court.

Taking the car on 9 sep is mandatory for me so i have to compromise n pay for the accessories amount as they were not handing over the car.

Maruti suzuki as brand is regarded by the public but u might not be aware of ground reality how some showroom are treating the customer. The customer is literally begging to deliver the car after paying the amount

Next day, I went to showroom again to get accessories fitted. I requested to connect my mobile to Infotainment to run google map. All the staffs are so dumb, they are unable to connect. They said my mobile is not Compatible but we check again with another brezza lying in the showroom and my mobile is working fine and able to run google map. After wasting 4 hrs of my time, they said my there is some issue with USB port. Its difficult to plug in any usb cable. They also said, it's a new technology so they are not updated. If they are not updated, let them sell the product they know not the new products

This is a request to all...please dont believe in the sales man of Mittal Auto Zone. They are complete liar. False commitments, just for the sake of taking advance booking, they will tell you all the lie and later on when their lies come out they start framing stories one after another. You just have to keep waiting and waiting. Please dont make any advance payment before getting delivery of the car.

They r big cheater specially Jiaul and Babu. First they say they will give good discount, free chassis pain , free taflon and more discounts. Once you make some payment they start saying sorry. After delivery of vehicle they do nothing as committed. I purchased new Alto k 10. I went five times to show room due to their false commitment but at the end got nothing except wastage of my time and fuel.

I found very helpful representative there and also I do feel comfort with them. They are very kind enough to me and with other customers also.

It was a awesome feelings to buy a vehicle from Mittal AutoZone,and Executive by Name Imran Khan ,he is a very good human being and good personality.. Happy and fully satisfied.

Today we purchased a Brezza. It has been a great experience buying a new car from Mittal Autozone, Beharbari. Behaviour of present staff is very good and highly disciplined. We must have to mention one name, he is Mr. Baikuntha Das, with his support and help it was possible for us to get the delivery within a very short period of time. Thank you all again.
