As usual they still have that crampy customer lounge which could accomode only 12 person at a time compared to the weekend crowd. This area needs an extension. Also there's no provision of any food or packet lunch for customers waiting for their vehicles. I waited 6 hours today but a single red tea won't suffice. They don't have card payment system so you need to carry cash along with you. UPI QR code is there but not many people are aware of this option. The AC works fine and inside is quite comfortable. The staff is friendly.
