The worst experience i ever had in my life .. i bought a top end car from this showroom. Initially i thought the service is good. But after i took my vehicle and paid all the amount including accessories. No one cares about me... And the funniest thing is even after 3 months of car delivery i didnt got my accessories, they always saying that accessories are out of stock.

I talked to every person from relationship manager to guntur manager, but no one responded to my issue and not even cared about my purchase.

In this show room relationship managers are the worst persons. And they talk very rude and doesn't care about you and your car... They just care about money and their sales insentives and after sale is done they dont even care about you...

I talked to the Suzuki customer care and files a complaint about this issue..lets see what will happen

And finally the 5 stars reviews below are given by the staff of the showroom and i know every person in showroom with their names and faces... Only one customer review is there with 1 star...And i am second customer..

So... Be carefull while buying a car from these show room.. or better choose another showroom or brand.... Its better to avoid this kind of showrooms...

The worrest experience me and my friend ever had. They need only money after buying car they won't care about the customer mainly relationship manager.

1 start is more for this showroom. I think 0 start is better for that showroom. Worst service better chose another showroom.
