Overall experience is fantastic…MGB has the team of skilled employees,the delivery process everything is good…
But the people who collects feedbacks make continues calls to post reviews…
Other than this everything is fine….

Worst experience with MGB showroom. Service is not good. I went for dashboard issue and they created big issue. Vehicle making different noise when I touch horn, brakes, gear because of dashboard. I have to drive my vehicle with baseboard off. No proper response from representative as well. Visited 3 times to showroom for newly purchased vehicle to fix issues and issue is not fixed yet.

I would just like the management to know that response from the team members is good but a change is needed to generate more sales that make sure the company is working at full capacity on Sundays and holidays as those are the days customers are free and other days they are busy making money.. and the employees should be compensated with other weekday holiday for them to spend time with their families... Its a suggestion for the management

I had a great experience with the MGB Mahindra service while on a road trip. The manager Shesha was friendly and helpful, and they provided prompt service. The service person shabeer was professional and efficient and they were able to fix the issue with my car in a timely manner.
