I am using AP39LK-2233 vehicle I have given my vehicle for service at Mahavir Skoda vizag. I got good servicing here.people are very supportive and advisor Chaitanya and cre Monika has updated about my vehicle properly and I am happy with service.

Ok so this was my first car purchase ever and Skoda family made it even more special. Special mention to Mr Gopal who was assisting from Day 1 until delivery and Mr Kishan (finance team) who made the process more convenient. The customer service provided by the staff here was exemplary. Though Skoda costing is on a bit higher side but I recommend to visit this showroom and experience what actual car buying experience means. The folks here acknowledged my every request related to auspicious timings, delivery date and other things. I am a happy customer and you should be one. Looking forward for same experience in after sales service as well !

I purchased a Skoda Rapid in
Visakhapatnam Mahaveer Skoda in the year Sep2021, it's hardly 1year 3 months. I am not satisfied with the service of Skoda. Because,
On first service what I told the problem was not rectified.
2. The Tyres they fixed are MRF.
While I was driving, the tyre damaged.
I raised grevience at VSP service center. They simply rejected, and MRF has not covered this damage.
When I was chosen the vehicle, I was not told by the showroom incharge about the warranty/Guareentee. Neither they didn't give me any warranty cards of the MRF.
Neither I was not given option of Tyres.
I personally feel that Skoda is using very bad condition Tyres.
Lighting also not good.
Auto gear startup jarks are there.
All these points I have taken to the notice of Service center.
No body will respond.
This totally my experience with Skoda.

Jhansi was great in explaining & helping with details . Service was impeccable. She was on time on spot for assistance. Driver was very kind and patience with my silly questions. Overall great experience now I have to wait for the financial part . Love the Car , Colour , Design and Feel. 🙏🏼
