Staff will mis guide u about Extendable warranty and AMC rates ....They will tell u as discount but will adjust it in our Insurance amount... Accessories won't cost that much. Amount paid will be different and invoice will be less than what we paid (Insurance and extendable warranty)

Nice showroom with good Staff, Technicians and Branch Head.
Helped us to charge our Nexon EV in their service center for whole night with reasonable amount of 600₹ for full charge.

Worst service centre ever visited/experienced.
All Steering controls stopped working after service.
Instead of solving the existing complaints, they have created more problems and damaged my car. Response from the management is irresponsible. No qualified mechanics are available in this service centre.
I pity Kadapa Tata car owners.

This is real world cheating. They have changed Engine Oil even after informing that Oil change done 3 months ago.
Service charge of Rs. 1500 charged, but not even Water wash is done.
All Steering controls stopped working after service (noticed after reaching home)
Even foot mats are not cleaned but demanded Rs.3800++ for overall service charge.
I had to pay, no choice as it was late for me and I was visiting from another town (not from Kadapa town)

1. The MID is still showing Due for service, symbol is not going off
2. Auto central locking not working, they dont know how to repair that
3. They dont have wheel balancing setup
4. They refused to exchange wheels from front to back

Oil changed (which I said not to do), AC filter changed, paid Rs.3810/-

I don't know why I have paid money for damaging my car

All are good 👍 but the accessories I don't prefer in showroom rather than that other things are quite so good

The team of sales and manegement has given excellent support and feedback regarding the purchase of tata Nexon...in this regards i described about tata Nexon, it's suitable to my family with two children with height of 6feet above..it is welcome to explain about vehicle by hari is awesome

Had good response from staff, needs improve show room and services.

I came for a service . ask for head lamps which has not workings and full service. Given vehicle for service suppose to give by evening they vehicle for 3 days and not responded for phone calls it was a pick and drop. Show room guys should have minimum common sense to inform that they dont have head lamps on stock while delivering at home he is telling dont have only they have 2 lamps on stock. If customer is paying you a rupees at least you should do justice 50 paise....the technician dont have sense that once you fit lamps should check before you deliver the vehicle. Even that deliver driver handed over vehicle at 7pm he should have some sense that light is not fitted properly. My vehicle number is altroz 5750 atleast check and realise how worst you did for a customer. First it self I told I have to travel night time. Sense less.

Very small office setup and in construction stage..remodelling showroom and service is good and polite behaviour of employees
