When I visited this place yesturday I assumed the hassle (no. of cars) will be less during COVID pandamic but I was wrong, cars were pilled up like before. They managed smoothly to all. I love keeping preventive maintenance service (PMS) done periodically on my ciaz, this keeps my car young as before. They know there job well and understand customer issues. Recommendations given By workshop manager Mr. Kishore. is also necessary to implement for the betterment of my vehicle. I had complete satisfaction on car cleanliness with all type of engine sprays, battery terminal spray, anti rust and dashboard sprays. I love to see my car shinny.

Been 5months of maruti ertiga booking
.. still no response from showroom. Booking amount paid. My brother and sister marriage completed still no response from showroom regarding my car

Exclent serivce

Everything was smooth except the registration...we have taken the car in sep end and even after 3 months there is no new number plate registration done. Even when we try to follow up there is no proper response. Whoever has taken cars in Nov also got thier registration done.

Due to discontinuation of diesel vehicles and also very poor built quality of maruti vehicles I disposed all my three maruti vehicles and planning to move for Toyota vehicles. About Sb motors Kakinada, customers can be satisfied, good service, but labour charges a bit high.

Good showroom people are so welcoming. A bit far from home. Fuel bunks very near to the showroom.
