Was travelling via Rajahmundry to Hyderabad and suddenly an engine malfunction warning light illuminated. Contacted Kantipudi kia work shop and requested for immediate support. The Service team was very effective and resolved my issue within 1hr and i was back on the road without any hassle.

Very good hosting of the customers. Pleasant waiting lounges. Taken good care of the vehicle and had delivered the vehicle within the requested and promised time. Service advisor Mr Manikanta has been very supportive and kind towards me.

My experience with Kantipudi Kia body shop service center here in Rajahmundry has been very satisfying.
I visited this service center for Seltos x-line rear door damage check and replacement through insurance. On my arrival, M V Lakshmi madam offered me water and provided coffee and enquired about the issue and assigned service executive MR. Suresh Kallepalli. He was very professional and explained the process for the insurance claims. Service manager Mr. Nageswar Rao was very helpful in checking the availability of the new rear door for a replacement and promised to deliver within three days of arrival. He also helped to select accessories and in my first car service. Mr. Suresh updated me daily on the status of the car. I believe the people working here are entirely transparent and very helpful. The hospitality they offer here is more than fantastic. I would recommend it to everyone in case of highway breakdowns or service issues as they will make us feel very Comfortable and confident about the car service. Ambient space is available for assistance.

They have very nice and supportive staff who are ready to help and solve your concerns. The service advisor Chandra Shekhar was very helpful and responsive. He helped in addressing the concerns I had regarding the vehicle. The waiting lounge is very good with utmost care given to customers. They handle the vehicle very professionally and deliver it within the given time.
