Worst Staff Behavior Even Service head also not responding well.There is no Estimate team they are not giving correct estimate difference actual and estimate is nearly 1.3 lakhs i am requested to sending back my vehicle service head asking service charges 21 thousand i am said ok and he was taking my amount and they sending worst condition my vehicle at least not cleaning my vehicle and Parts are not fixed he was worked for 1000 rupees work and taking 21000 amount they are Froud people don't give any vehicle in this showroom pls don't trust them after taking my advance 70000 thousand they keeping my vehicle 1 month if i will give 0 stars but no option in google dear guntur team please respond take action on your people otherwise we will complaint to mahindra main office

Had a bad experience with the service staff no proper response from service engineer with issues highlighted and poor knowledge staff. Post water service have swirl marks all over the new car.

Update: Got the issues addressed by manager post escalation

This is the worst service center.i have given xuv700 damge to claim insurance. They took 2 months to get parts and sanction the claim. One of the worst service I have ever seen and they dont respond properly.we need call them and track the status. At last the head lights are not working during lock and unlocking the car.again "I need to revisit the showroom when they are free" this is the statement given by show room guys when I ask for head light issue.they don't have calibre person to handle the issues atleast for xuv700.
