Bombay Sweet House

One of the finest sweet shop, with great quality. I personally recommend you to buy sweet like Gulab jamun, rasalami and basanthi. Those are the signature sweets. You can feel the flavour even after an hour😅

I used to visit here for their Basundi. During my last visit, Basundi tasted ok not great. Halwa was very good. Rasagulla also fine. Tiffin items are always good here.

A forty year old sweet shop as per my association as a onlookers of the facility. In those young days, i used to watch every day menu, while going to school. Tempting menu used to be there. Had a snacks 30 years back ; courtesy my senior at MHSS. Many hotels have evoporated over the time horizon, but not this small but quality shop. On those days it was at prime spot; i don't understand, why they have not developed like A2B or Saravana. Any how, Worth trying when ever you are at Karur.

One of the oldest shop in karur. They maintain the quality and grand name till date. Sweets are freshly made with quality.rasamalai and jilebi is must try. The restaurant also provides variety of yummy dishes like rava dosa bun veechu and kothu parota.Bit costly, but worth for the quality and taste.

Parotta is good when served hot and it becomes quite hard when you get parcel and consume if after a while. Rasamalai tastes delicious and it's the best item available in this sweet house.
Recently, I visited this restaurant with my family and the taste of Rasamalai was too bad. It was not fresh and there was too much sugar in it.

I went there without any expectation as I was exploring pure veg hotel in Karur and I found this restaurant on my way. I had podi dosa and taste was good. Was not disappointed and I will try next time any sweets as the hotel name suggests me to have.
