We stayed on 16-17 November 2022, a group of 11 people (family and staff). There are multiple reasons for me believing it to be a bad experience. Some of which I am listing.
1.Though we came late in the afternoon, we got delayed due to the wrong google location which is almost 3 km off the actual site.
2.The bathrooms are big and clean but the rooms are not within satisfactory hygiene limits. The bedsheets and the blankets are reused without being washed/changed.
3. The management of the place seems extremely flawed and lacks all the basics of hospitality. Due to an onsite accident in which a group member of ours was grievously injured and had to be given stiches, they were so inhumane that they denied us breakfast, even when they were serving the same in the next room (citing that we were late).
The on-site call boy/butler needs a special mention for his most unprofessional and rude attitude.
I would suggest that families should avoid this place. Its more apt for bachelors and student groups. But even they should avoid it if the above things bother them.

It was my first visit to rishikesh and of camping but due to the bad service and poor behavior of staff it made my experience a bad one instead of something good to remember. For people who aren't local , finding this camp is a task itself as the location is mentioned is wrong. Though it has great view because of it's location there is no hygiene at all as the bedsheets were dirty and were not changed in quite some time. The room smelled of liquor and vomit. The room didn't had lock from inside neither the bathroom. Food you'll be eating will be cold and tasteless If you're visiting in winter then there is no arrangement for warm water. Worst part was the bad behavior of staff. When one of us got seriously injured and we got late for breakfast then he refused to give us food saying that we were late but literally at the same time he was serving it to some people who seemed his acquaintance And i don't think we treated any of the staff badly for such bias behavior.

This property is located at such a place that You feel you are in the laps of mother nature. Deva and other staff members were very supportive. The food was indeed very delicious especially the jalebi . Swimming pool was well maintained and the lighting they do in evening uplifts your spirit. I would definitely love to visit again. The owner of the property Mr. Nitin bansal is down to the earth person .He specially visited us to enquire about the comfort of our parents. I am giving 5 stars and hope they maintain their services to retain these 5 stars on our next visit too.....👍👍👍

I visit this place many times.... i feel it's a Good place to stay... Nice place ... Good views.... Positive vibes.... Piece full location.... Staff n Mr. Nitin also provide good services....

that a great experience of my life i enjoyed lot with my friends nice embiance and tent is also comfortable for stay and food quality is great , dancing platform is good flooring

Worst experience. Lack of basic hygiene. Used and dirty bed sheets. Smelly rooms . No soaps or handwash in bathroom. Dinner was actually extra food of Lunch .
