Wild Sherpas Tenting And Camping

Had a wonderful trekking experience. Both Shijin and Alwin are friendly and super host. Definitely a must to go place if you are in munnar and fond of camping.

I would recommend nature lovers and travelers who love the peaceful close to nature vacations to @WildSherpas! a must visit place.
The booking was online and easy. The staff Shijin bro was constantly available on phone till we reached and spoke with us once to understand our likings; and when we reached, the team were ready with hot food and warm smile.

The tents were big and spacious enough with the view towards mountains is simply incredible. The location of the camp itself is in the midst of two mountains hence even if you do not step out, you can hear the sounds of Nilgiri langur through out.

The team Sherpas Alwin Sonnet, Shijin, Arun and Bope were the best example of hospitality and serving yummy food with love. There is nothing more relaxing, soothing and soul lifting than sitting near a bonfire. They are well equipped with everything we need to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

Its a marvelous place for camping.. Well mannered staff.. Good food.. Trekking to top valley for watching sunrise was awesome experience.. Overall Excellent..

I loved staying at the Wild Sherpas. Such a welcoming host and interesting person to talk to.
The facilities are awesome and the spot offers you with spectacular views.
I also enjoyed so much the tasty dinner with great variety of food.

If you are visiting the area, do choose to stay here and you will not regret.

This experience allowed us to challenge ourselves and was very rewarding. Staff were very helpful and checked on us regularly. High praise to Alwin, Sujin & Bopp in particular who took an interest in treating everyone of us friendly.. This is the best place that we have visited in a long time.

I was here during Christmas eve, I had one of the best experiences, the coordinator Alwin was really kind and helpful throughout our trek. His team Shijin, Akhil and Bob were very fun loving, caring and also very motivating during our trek. I would highly recommend you to go for this trek if you are in kerala, you will have a life time experience with amazing members!! Thank you for the great time !! 😃

I am not usually Review Person.But i am touched with their hospitality , so this Review.

Me and my wife Camped on 30th Dec 2022. This is our first time camping. Here is my experience in many aspects.

Food: Coming from Telangana, We hated the food at Munnar for 3 days. But we had very good food at WildSherpas. Breakfast after Trek was awesome.

Safety: My wife was worried whether any other female visitors are there. They assured me that there are other families coming.

Privacy: They took extra care to divide families and bachelors at the camping and also while trekking. This gave privacy to both parties and very comfortable.

Patience: My wife and I are not physically active persons. She used to be out of breath every few 30 steps or so. But the guide never rushed us .He comforted us and gave so much confidence to complete the trek, Even though he had to take care of remaining people. We felt touched for his support.

Energy: Their Energy is awesome. He keeps asking me if he can help us with some pictures on the way to Trek. Very friendly , suggested us some poses, talking about telugu movies. These guys are just fun to be with.

Safety: Even though this is our first time to Munnar, We felt very safe at all places. Same is true with Wild Sherpas. We felt very safe .

They had restrooms at the camp site.
Cloudbeds are not formed on our day.

Amazing place, a must visit for all nature lovers. Right in the middle of a beautiful forest with great hosts, good food and amazing vibe. The experience is worth it!
