You can get a truck ride from solang to dhundi which is around 7 kms apart to save your time as there is a proper road. From dhundi the walking part of Beas Kund trek starts. With very scenic views, we were lucky to experience snowfall at dhundi. Great place to visit but there are no shops here.

It is almost 400 meters away from Dhundhi bridge on the way to Beas kund. If weather is clear then you can see the Hanuman tibba and Deo tibba peaks from here. The campsite is next to Beas river.

Disclaimer - My review is based on my experience.
We were taken here to experience skiing and ice sports. But the whole journey to this place on Rocky roads and then the whole walk crossing the bad roads and reaching a small 100sqft space of snow to experience skiing and tube slidey was a little disappointing. We really didn't enjoy the whole process.
If you are on a family trip with kids and adults then this might seem like a lot but if you are young adults or a group of friends on adventure this would be your best experience. The bikes which were running on these roads were awesome 😎 felt like some Khatron ke Khiladi feel. Horses also run here but it's risky. So take your choice.
So for me it was a sheer waste of time money and energy as far as the sports are considered.
But for camping it's beautiful the landscape, the river, the mountain and the snow, the whole view is mesmerizing. The real adventure of camp sites is definitely available here. Everything comes together beautifully but please don't get your kids and parents here. It's dangerous.
Each bike costs 1500 and can carry two people along with a rider so that makes it 3 people on one bike. Horses cost similar or less didn't ask their rates. Best is walk and reach if you are a fitness enthusiast.
