Mio Amore - The Cake Shop (IIT Kharagpur)

Great quality at low price. Veg Burger would be their most famous dish. Self service. Ample amount of space to sit. They have two counters, one outside another inside, both serving the same items.

New cake shop in the campus. Varieties of cake, patties are available. Reasonable price. Good food, worthy of money and hunger.

It is a new hangout place for all the IITians. It is beside CCD, even then it is pulling crowd decently. It serves till late night that made it a nice a for the students here. It is a chain of bakeries located in West Bengal. We brought cake and a choco volcano which was really nice. The pricing was also decent and affordable by students. The chai outside mioamore was also good. The taste of chai was relishing especially masala chai.

One of the wrost staffs i had never seen in my life in any of the other Mia amore...dull faces like they were forced to work there and one of the staff treated us like we're the corona patient recently discharged from quarantine issshh very disappointed ☹️ not even deserve one star and also the chicken inside the (both)burger were uncooked please please train your staffs

A decent option for backery items inside IIT. Quality and quantity both are good. Many Veg. items are available. Now, you can get hot/cold beverages like coffee, shakes, lassi and many more. None of the patties are scrispy. So, we didn't like it. But bread items like Burger, hotdog are ok.

Very irresponsible stuff. I had ordered red velvet. But on the next day when I reached to pick up my order, they said that we haven't got any order for red velvet although I have the soft copy of purchase order with full payment. Very disappointed 👎👎👎

The Coustomer service is poor. Tons of workers worked in there but they take too much time to place an order. Instead of working they talk with themselves also today I try to order cake for tomorrow but the workers are not receiving calls after receiving they said they will call in few minutes but no response after that i tried to call many times they didn't received. Worst Coustomer service I ever experienced
