GRAND NEW CAKE VILLA

Ordered 2 kg red velvet cake and paid 1800/- but received 1.5 kg as 2 kg, if I didn't check the weight, that's all my money would have gone for sure. After complaining the issue they returned 450 back. But what is the use, there is no trust in your work. Then the next point is taste, which is very worst, more oil smell came, no one said that the cake taste is good who came to attend the birthday celebration. Next thing 3mm sponge 6mm cream in some places around 12mm cream. Need to improve in your quality like more sponge with less cream. I never expected this from your shop. I have attached the photo here for others to know about the quality and trust on your shop. You should satisfy the customers but no cheating in quality and weight. I hope that this can help others before placing the order.

ambience is good but self service type of cafe. all cakes are egg less cakes. i tried American corn pizza was average and also frozen products not fresh products. customize birthday cakes are available here. try out.

Very very worst ambience we ordered birthday cake it was spoiled inside which informed them and they took more then 15 minutes to check the cake and they didn't accept their fault also.. we came back from our birthday party to return the spoiled cake . After that also they didn't accept it we complained to the food cell police regarding it,. Already we bought 2 times cake here which was poor quality please take action regarding this poor management and service idiots

Good place to go for quick bites. They hv pizzas burgers sandwiches milkshakes french fries nuggets and varities of cakes.
The staff behaviour is polite.
Place is clean.
Food taste should improve.
I tried chicken Mayo sandwich which was not good. They hav put raw onions.
I tried chilli cheese shots also which was good.
Cheap price.

I have ordered a customed cake for my Drummer of my music Band... Mr. Nandha Kumar, Md of cake villa took a special care for the cake and made it awesome and the taste is just wow!...

Bad experience: I usually buy cake from here for every occasion of last 2 years. Day by day thier taste and quality decresing. Last time when I bought on 28th of Nov, it was readily available butterscotch 1/2 kg. After cutting that cake only we come to know, it was not fresh one. Taste was very bad so i given back that cake explaining it is not good but they are not agreeing just arguing. Even i was asking them i dont want any refund just accept your mistake but they didn't. I have to complaint regarding this to food department because they are fooling customers by selling old product. Please dont try to buy caje which already available there. Dont spoil ur health. Be safe.
