They are outright thieves! After booking cake on India Cakes on 10 July 2022, which was mentioned to be free delivery they asked us for Rs. 275 extra for delivery saying it was far from their centre! Our relatives at Nagpur live just 6 Km from Nagpur Railway station and 3 Km from Airport. So we sent them order cancellation email as we booked order from other Company. But they still delivered cake which was stale and spoilt! So we asked them for refund next day. But they insisted you provide proof that it is bad! We told them our relatives just threw the cake immediately as it was not edible. They have still not given any refund. I have all the proof of email etc but I don't have so much time to get them on consumer forum, but it's better to write review and let their business suffer! You take my money by cheating, let's see how you are able to digest it!
So friends, just order cakes from India Cakes at your own risk. Thank you.

The cake was made brilliantly as I imagined and it was very tasteful. The owner was really nice in taking the order and helping with status all the while. It was a really great experience of shopping with them.They also provide timely delivery

Wonderful cake artist! Good staff! Got two amazing tasting cakes for both son's first birthday. Both were theme based cakes and output was more than expectations. .Best tasty cakes here.

This company is a big FRAUD. They are thieves. Never order from their website. Even their employees are very rude and don't know how to speak. I placed an order for a cake and a bunch of flowers for 1000/- later they kept the order on hold and asked me to pay 250/- for delivery. Why not inform the customers in the first place? Later they only delivered the cake and did not even refund me for the flowers. Missing basics. 0 customer service and satisfaction. Worst quality of cakes and worst customer service. Big No to this stupid company.

FRAUD! I ordered a cake on 29 Dec 22. Order was placed. Next day they write back that order is on hold as the delivery place is far and they need extra Rs 275/-. BTW my house is in the centre of the city. Called the call centre. No satisfactory reply. Just pay the extra money to get the order. I'm going to lodge a complaint ASAP.

Very worst behaviour. Don't buy and don't think to order cakes in India cake website. Not even cake, don't order anything in this website. India cake and and it's employees are cheating customers. I,m in Chennai location 600115 I ordered cake and paid but in a while got call from support we are not providing delivery to mentioned location so we are cancelling this order at that time I shocked. I didn't get any compansation also. i tried to call support many times but no one picked.
Also, they won't deliver the order at right time and right places espacally in TN.
so please careful.

Worst experience, please do not order cakes on this site. Cake is usually ordered for a special day and these people always say they're busy on special days and don't deliver. I initially ordered a cake in May'22 and was finally able to get one delivered after months of perseverance in Jan'23 and that too item was different from what was ordered. Such is the plight! There's a lady in the customer care who bosses around and treats customers like beggars, absolutely rude and unprofessional . They disconnect our calls like as if we have no better job other than to call them. They robbed me off ₹250/- towards additional delivery charges in May for an undelivered order and have still not refunded it. Tried reaching their owner Manit Nagrani but absolutely useless, total scam!
