As I have visited here to buy cakes but once I have reached and called the store then I got to know that there is no physical outlet of crust n cakes is not exist yet. And the location that shows on Google map that is on sohna road that is totally wrong. Don't follow the map because They only take online order on different aggregators like zomato, swigyy and they do take online orders from website also. But they provide best quality of cakes.

PATHETIC QUALITY. I had to go through lots of EMBARASSMENT in front of guests due to the local quality cake. they charged 1650 rs. for a tasteless cake that could be bought at just any local bakery for 500/- Rs. Stop befooling people and propagating about quality. UNCHI DUKAAN FEEKA PAKWAAN suits well on crustncakes. The only good thing to count was they delivered the cake on time hence 1 star.

Ruined my birthday by refusing to deliver the cake after accepting order and bluntly denied refund as well. Never came across such an unprofessional service. Think twice before ordering anything from these conmen. Zero ethics zero professionalism. ZERO rating
