Had a great experience. I ordered a customised cake ans they prepared that in very less time and got that delivered within 3-4 hrs. 7th Heaven would be my go-to place for cakes in Muzaffarpur. I highly recommend this place.

Best shop for simple cake or designer cake because we are order all cakes in every function from them taste is awesome and design is also perfect and fine. Price is also genuine and the portion and taste.

I am updating my reviews based on few recent experiences. The above review was based on the first ever order which I placed with them but later when I ordered for other occasions it turned out to be disappointing. No issues with the cake when it comes to taste or implementation of the design which you request but when I received the cake it always came in disoriented State. Somehow me and my husband fixed it.The reason I was given was the roads of my colony is not good ..the temparature during the day time is high in summers so cake is melting but my question is when you have agreed and are in a business of making desinger cakes then why can't you ensure during the delivery the cake doesn't get damaged as that is what the customer is waiting for.
Having such a business in muzaffarpur I am sure you are well aware of the roads condition and temperature during Summers and still you have agreed to do home delivery so is it my responsibility of getting a proper delivery or yours? Why don't you have that level of delivery system when a customer has already faced such disappointment twice but has still placed an order the third time trusting you and your words. If you have delivery issues and if you are not confident that you will be able to deliver the cake in same state as it was asked and made in then why don't you let he customer know before itself rather than the customer getting shocked after opening the box. Let them know to get home deliveries at their own risk.And if you still feel such safe deliveries are not possible in a place like muzaffarpur as conditions are averse don't do home deliveries please. Atleast the customer will be responsible for their orders. I am extremely unhappy with the reasons I was given for all 3 disoriented cakes which I got that too after promising this time such things won't be repeated.

I am sure your business is flourishing and people like your service but based on my experiences I would still like to give you an advice- if you promise something to a customer either fulfill that or don't give such hopes .

I ordered black forest cake for one of my family member online, but received totally different cake. If I had option to share the image of the cake, I would have shared along with the order details. This was my first and probably last experience ordering cake online

Best cake shop in Muzaffarpur. A quality product with smartly palced dining sets. A large range of cakes. Nice interior with selfie zone.
Very small space and no parking space and also too costly.

A good place for friends meet-up and there cakes and pastries are just yummy,Quite small space but they managed it very well, great atmosphere,good hygiene maintain and also a good place for selfie.

This cozy cafe has left the best impressions! delicious snacks/dishes, beautiful presentation, wide beverages list and wonderful cakes & cupcakes. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Such a worst place to visit too costly and nothing is available there except cakes related items i have tried cold coffee worst coffee i have ever had in my lyf travelled everywhere but i never have coffee like this staff behaviour is not good and the main thing is that cake is too costly 850 for one kg are u kidding thts only 700 gram Cake and they are taking this much of amount i will post everything in details on twitter and instagram will tag 7heaven also so that they should also know about this such a worst experience i don't know how they are into the market from two years
