Desi Cafe

Santoshpur is essentially a residential area. Having grown here this is the first time I am witnessing a boom of small cafes and eateries in between Trikon Park and Ajoy Nagar.
Desi Cafe located on 4th Road is a small but warm cafe with pocket friendly menu. The ambience is pretty good for a quick get together with friends over a cup of coffee/tea! Cheers.

Loved the ambience and the books collection... If you are a coffee lover as well a bookworm hop to this place...

We only had coffee, it was really good and worth the price. The ambiance is good, but a bit claustrophobic. Also the location is a bit inside and off the main road.
The server was also very nice and helpful. I would suggest to find a better location. Can't say anything about the food, on a glimpse some see worth the price some a bit overpriced.

Cozy ambience. Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Wide array of options available. The man in-charge, Gautam's smiling reception adds to the charm. Can also shop for tiny gifts and read books.

A small nice place with good food and bengali vibes ambience. The food quality is satisfactory.They serve frozen food mainly. But prices are ery cheap here. The cafe consists of two separate rooms with good mud house decorations. If you are looking for a budget friendly cafe to spend a quality time this one is good.

Really a cheap place as a cafe but food quality is not at par because they pretty much serve frozen food. If I wanted to give you a suggestion then it would be to increase the quality of items in the cafe (and maybe try to serve fresh food as far as possible) which in turn may increase the price of the items, but it should be okay. Ambience is pretty nice, but the cafe is really small and may need a bigger space in the future. If you want just something to munch on while you are spending time with your buddies in a cafe and also you don't have a good budget, this place is for you. Otherwise there are better options.
