Nice quaint cafe. Decor wise pretty chique. The staff was very well behaved and helpful. The spread of food for this cafe was quite good. The quality of the food and coffee we ordered was overall pretty nice. Would recommend it to people looking to spend some good time.

Potboiler Coffee House is a beautiful, well spaced Cafe with great interiors, board games and books. The entire space has these different aesthetic corners, each beautiful in its own way. We tried the Spaghetti Aglio E Olio which was delicious. Along with this, we also tried the Truffle oil fries which were good too.

Summer specials at Potboiler Coffee

If there was one word to describe Potboiler, it would be “Comfy”. For some reason, the entire vibe of the place is very different. Feels you can be yourself and have the best conversations here.

Also apart from the vibes, they serve greaaat coffee and food too 😍

From their new summer coffee specials, I tried their Biscoff Freddo Cappuccino, Guava Burst and Fuzzy Cold Brew. What you’ll like from these will depend on how you like your coffee.

The food plates looked really colourful making it all the more tempting. The dishes are all friendly for the weather and do not make you feel bloated after a good meal.

I tried the quesadillas, nachos, summer tarts, parmesan cheese garlic bread and their signature brownie with ice cream.

Pocket pinch- ₹950/- approx for two

A small place but worth to go for. The food is unique and yummy to have. Waiters are very good. I will suggest have the hot chocolate here they make it awesome. The guy who is brewing the coffee really knows how to do it. And main course is awesome.
Until the pot is hot have a visit here. Where food is love ❤❤

One of the best cafes in south Kolkata if you are looking for a great ambiance with pleasant hospitality. I have a mixed opinion about the cafe. I went to this coffee house with five of my friends on this Durga Puja. It was close to empty when we entered the cafe which is very rare during the times of festivals. I found them very organized. The interior design and decoration were really very impressive. The toilet cum washroom was excellent. There was a packet of sanitary napkins to use in the washroom. So I would like to appreciate their thinking. That small initiative can go a long way. Now comes to the food. We ordered a chicken and corn pizza which was delicious and very cheesy. I absolutely loved that. Then we ordered a ramen. It was like some ordinary fried noodles and extremely dry. The taste was not definitely like a good ramen. Also the quantity was not good enough. Lastly we ordered a momo platter. The flovor was recommended by them. The taste was good but extremely spicy. So I would recommend to everyone that if you don't like spices then make it clear to them before placing the order. So keeping in mind with the quantity of foods the cafe is a good option if you want to spend quality time with your friends but not a good option if you are starving.

Amazing place to hang out with friends. You'll be greeted by their furry friend, Laddoo the moment you step in. They have an amazing collection of coffees. Absolutely loved their sandwich (although the bread was toasted a lil too much). Definitely recommend the Godfather coffee. However, their bread pudding wasn't upto the mark.

With careful selection guided by google and zomato reviews, I visited the pretty well-known Potboiler cafe last week. The place is beautifully done up with the typical casual vibe that appeals to youngsters, but what appealed to me more is the fact that the place has CATS! My friend and I were greeted by a couple of feline friends soon as we walked in and it was pretty evident they rule the place. As for the food, the three dishes we tried were quite satisfactory, with the loaded mushroom crisps stealing the show.

Overall, a good option if you want to chill for a bit with some good coffee, food, and the august company of cats.
