Cafe Chica, Abbotsford Heritage Hotel

Pathetic food !!!! .
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all.
We ordered pizza,chocolate shake, baked vegetables, garlic bread and some other stuff.
I have attached pictures of food below,
Just look at the garlic bread and pizza.
4 white breads with butter was served in the name of garlic bread.
About the Pizza, the base was undercooked ready made base.
Baked vegetables and shakes were pathetic, we left the food like that, we didn’t even had half of it !

Charging bomb for bad food should be a crime

I have never had such bad experience ever.

Only the view and location is beautiful. That’s it.
Everything else not at all recommended!

It's truly one of the worst places i have been to with respect to food. It's as if the chefs have no idea what real food looks like. We ordered mushroom toast and got 5 lousy pieces of unseasoned mushroom on white bread for almost 500 bucks. Egg cheese toast was worse. The cafe has good views but that is no excuse for the extreme substandard they serve in the name of food. The manager lady at the property is lovely, but i am not sure if she has any control over the atrocious quality of food that this place serves. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy.

The manager here is very rude and there is a rule that you have to order 300 per person.
The manager doesn't treat every costomer equally, so better you skip this place.
The place is nice to click pics and spend some time but they will ask you to order then only you can click pics. Really pathetic treatment by the old lady manger, spoiler my mood for the whole day.
Also the food is average in taste and a bit costly.

For your consideration mushroom and egg cheese sandwiches from this place for 500 each.......Bon Appetit

Beautiful place and the food was delicious. The owner of the place was extremely helpful as she took us around the property and also helped us by insuring that we ordered the best meal right from soap to starters to main course and ending it with desert and coffee.

We were beautifully looked after by Janhavi and her team. So much attention to detail.
Abbotsford is a magical place and the food was excellent.
A wonderful experience, we hope to return in the future.

Cafe Chica is part of a beautiful heritage property. Tried the salads and pizza which were great, the views from the cafe are breathtaking and a photographers paradise. We also had a lovely breakfast laid out for us in the lawn and enjoyed every bit of it.
The kitchen also serves a lipsmacking kumaoni thali but it's only on special order basis.

Absolutely loved the experience.. it is a must visit place if you are travelling to Nainital.

But didn't like the pasta we ordered. However, we were compensated with a great dessert as a complimentary dish on the house.
