The Hogger Cafe

4 star is only for a long delay in service. And not impressed by the lemon ice tea delivered by such a long time.

We had dinner at this place. The place has a nice ambience. The concept of sitting on mattresses went well with us especially because of a tiring day.
The food was good (3/5).
The view out of the window was amazing. (5/5)
The service was not good. There was a lot of waiting involved. (2/5)
Cost for 5 of us was ₹1200. Which makes cost for 2 ₹500 approx.

The view over the Ganga river and the rest of Rishikesh is magnificent. Just for that you have to buy a drink and come by. The ordered kofta was good. The only thing we didn't like was smoking inside, but maybe it's a personal matter. The way to get there is also cosy going up and down using the stairs in the small alley.

Perfect place 4 breakfast 😋. View can view ganga river basin from there.

It was my first time in Hogger and it was an amazing experience. I was out late at night in search of a good place to eat with my husband and we came across hogger.
It had an amazing ambience that went according to the mood. The food is amazing and reasonable. The service is decent as food was available on time.
They also got staying facility for people who wanna stay with a low budget.
Over all an amazing experience (9.5/10)

We were staying at the hosteller and it was our first night in Rishikesh when we decided to grab a bite in the inhouse cafe, the hoggers cafe. The food was really good, we were very pleased with it! The cheese balls were the best I've ever had and so was the cold coffee with ice cream! Other North Indian food items were good as well. The mixed lime soda was refreshing on such a humid day. Plus the friendly environment in the cafe and the amazing view by the windows were like two cherries on the top!

Quiet place, popular among Indians (rather than tourists). Good music. Didn't try the food, only the drinks. Service can come with a delay. Nice view over the Ganges.

Good ambience but hopeless food . Burger is made up of cabbage filling with cabbage side dish. And there are other dishes we tried nothing could satisfy us . Quality was below average . In fact worst food
