Cafe Bigboxx

It was good overall; good ambience, okayish music (all mainstream songs) with nice lighting everywhere. But very slow service, the dishes were good but as customer they took a lot of time to come to the table, the waiter wasn't even updating us on how much time to go and so on. That's why it lost a star, other than being expensive.
It's a good place to go with friends more than family, just a vibe.

Nice cosy cafe, with great food options and a decent decor. The food quality is excellent. Mostly young crowd is there and sometimes kitty party crowd. The service time is good and the staff is polite and helpful.
Music collection is also great. Cafe is part of Hotel Orchard One.

The place is good with classic ambiance and more than that I love the food ...food is extremely delicious there and the staff is also super friendly and good. Cafe bigboxx is a place if u r finding a place with interesting menu at good prices😉 would love to visit again😊

Well cafe bigbox has a nice ambience, quite peaceful & spacious but the if you wish to have snacks there are very limited options, and the cost is really high, main course has variety both veg and non veg, but again costly. Beverages are okay

Everything is nice .. rate of food is economical as per location in civil lines... Overall best place for get together and any type of party

The place had a soothing ambiance, and yes, the meal was good.
You can enjoy your food with songs in the background, with less crowd around.
Even after being less crowded when I visited, it took pretty long to get our food served, otherwise, overall a nice cafe to visit.

The ambience is nice. The place looks beautiful but the service is awful. We ordered an hour ago but our order wasn't registered. We weren't served food. And when they finally did it was undercooked and horrible in taste. I'd really like if they improve their staff managing. Otherwise it's a nice place!
