Café Coffee Day

I spent ~3 hours here after ordering a cold coffee. The coffee itself was quite good. They provided free WiFi for me to work. It was a decent experience. The only thing I did not like is that the sitting area wasn't very clean, the lighting dim, and the overall ambience a bit rusty.

Worst devil's own served today and no quality maintained. Whipping cream looks expired. Staff is not professional and charged 580 rs for 2 coffees and card payment machineis not working. Don't visit please...

Ordered regular take away lattes, had to change to king size coz they were out of reg. cups. Gave me vanilla latte while I ordered cafe latte. And lastly when I got my coffees I can’t drink as they were out of sippers.
Annoyingly worst experience.

Not worthy of coffee or any items. It just very lazy staff always watching phone they don't talk properly to customer just shaking heads while taking order.

Worst experience nowadays, I used to be regular to have coffee but here staff is very careless for 1order they take minimum 20 minutes while their isn’t much customers to attend them… and sometimes cafe close due to scarcity of labour..is this the CCD I won’t think …their is lot nagative changes from privous years…

Thought of spending good time at coffee day but turns out to be worst one due to staff. Their payment gateway not working, Staff attitude is bad and moreover it's empty may be staff behaviour is reason

Very bad maintainance, they are catching the rats 🐀 when I visited the place. Like all ccd this is another cafe with bad maintainance! Taste and ambience is mediocore. No proper parking available for cars.

It's like any other cafe coffee day. But, this one feels congested and doesn't have that privacy feeling. However, the taste is the sane. Staff were courteous to me and well behaved.
