The Chocolate Room

It's really sad to see Indian outlets of some International food chains having pathetic service and quality. The location of the store is on a busy and noisy street, in a dull, dinghy and cramped space. Despite such cheapness, they have the audacity to charge you exhorbitant prices. I'd not recommend this place to anyone.

Good food, great service. The staff were so amicable.

Awesome place lovely taste best place for chocolate lovers

First time we visited two years back and again today (July 29 2018). Quality was deteriorated drastically comparing with last visit. Hot Chocolate and Hot Coffee served in thin cup. I can't hold it because of very poor quality thin paper cup. I waited 10 minutes to cool down. Then I have to hold the cup carefully because the cup was thin. I hope they will improve.

Place was quite small, it's ideal for very small groups or couples. Shakes were not as good as I though. Loved the Chocolate Sizzler ( a brownie, chocolate cake and big scoop of vanilla ice cream with sizzling hot chocolate on side), it was moderate sweet so I like it. Menu I found bit expensive and well maintained.

The place is small and good enough. Cafe Latte tasted more like espresso. Garlic bread had a but off excess garlic flavor.
Not quite the expected level of chocolate room experience as I have been to other branches of the same and they were better off.
Somehow the sandwich grill had a problem so no sandwiches on a Saturday is a turn off from a business like this.
Usually these kind of places allow people to sit out for long chats may 1 order every 40mins which we did but this store doesn't like that. If the store is full and crowd doesn't have place to sit, understandable we have to make room but this wasn't the case either. So unhappy with experience here.

Great place for chocolate lovers. Need a bit more in the menu availability.

They sell stae food, yesterday we bought two pinapple pastry(Rs-50 each), It was stale and smelly. When tried to contact them, they are not responding. I had similar experience here several times. Going to report them to food isnpection officers. :(
