Cafe Shillong Heritage

Such an amazing place to visit once in shillong, the beautiful corners with yummy food liked the ambiance. Though we visited at night but it's a worth place. The only problem is you will not get cabs over there. So try to go with your own vehicle else take any of the can driver's number n call them after your good time over there.

Very poor and slow service. Food is also not good specially cheese balls, spaghetti, butter naan. Chilly night in Shillong cocktail was good. Maharaja cocktail was okay

The dishes were very flavorful and tasty. Cosmopolitan was good too. Polite staff and wonderful ambiance. However they need to work on their service accordingly, it's a bit slow. But overall loved the experience.

Food was quite good. Ambience as well. The service was atrociously pathetic.
Our waiter was attentive, you could tell he cared about his patrons. But the management above him was despicable, that’s being polite.
I requested a Long Island before dinner and the coke was completely flat. I hate complaining so I had my friends verify. (We all had barely a sip, maybe 1/6 of the drink was gone). Only after that did I politely request another drink. I was met with limitless excuses including “it’s impossible”.
I could understand if I drank half the drink and then tried to get another for free or something. Otherwise, utter disrespect and lack of concern for QUALITY.
I came on a suggestion from my friends fully intending on being a regular..I’ll never return. Ridiculous

It was such a bad experience. After mistakenly overpaid the bill (gate 5) via googlepay. They didn’t refund it anymore even after promising that they would. They keep on postponing it. It’s been more than a month now. Don’t want it anymore! This is so unexpected of you,Tripura castle!!

The view is nice from the outer terrace. Nice ambience. Clean toilet. Food was okay. We were told that the local meal options would take a long time coming and when we opted for the Chinese/continental, they took the same time coming!! The pork roast was mostly fat. The pork bamboo shoot mushroom was okay.

The view is good. The interior ambience and decor is amazing but the food quality is horrible and the menu is pretentious as it uses fancy french words for simple things like aloo chop and all. The food quality needs considerable improvement. It's too over simplistic. People are paying a premium for the menu items, at least make them more extravagant or at least make them good quality.

Overall was good but very expensive. Ambience was nice and staff were polite. Veg Food quality was okay. Drinks price goes above the roof 😅. We can see many sports people signed Jerseys here.
Good for family and friends.
They serve hookah also, not sure though !
