Good coffee nice ambiance

The quality of this place is dropping like anything. I have been to this place a lot of times and I spend quite a lot of time there reading books for drinking there are different types of coffee. Trust me on this I have tested every single item that they have to offer Singh the time they started their franchise in Korum up to now. The service offered by the staff and the food and the coffee is pathetic. I think the best option that is left out now is to go to Starbucks and leave Cafe Coffee Day alone to vanish! I wish I could give you a negative rating but I think one star should be enough to get the attention of people who are going to go to this place in the future.

This CCD outlet is located on 3rd floor of the Korrum Mall,Thane West.

Good place to meet and make your day beautiful

We’re here twice in a weeks time . As CCD goes my it’s name we knew coffee and sandwiches are good to go as we had tried them like zillion times!!
On our first visit we had ordered a Paneer Angara Sandwich and a cappuccino. Sandwich was really lip smacking 😋 we loved it , loaded with fresh veggies , cheese , paneer etc . , but cappuccino was really disappointing ... it tasted only milk 😏
On our second visit in the same week , we decided to repeat the order as we had liked the sandwich alot . But to our surprise, it was the worst !! We’d paid extra for the cheese and the cook didn’t add cheese at all , lettuce were stale , paneer it could only trace few crumbs 🙄 bread was hard as a log . We brought it to the staffs notice and agreed to replace it with a new one . But , these people thought we aren’t from this planet and will fool us the easiest way they can . They just add the cheese slices showcasing on the outside of the bread so that it looks like it’s made fresh ... DUH !! Rest all remained the same !! Guys its high time , stop fooling customers !!

I have visited here first time and first impression was good. Silent place where u can get busy in your work or reading novel with cup of coffee. Service is slow and food quantity is not impressive compared to their price. Improvement is needed. But you can go with their various coffee option. Try new chill shake (₹155) buy 1 get 1 offer is going on. Grab it before it get over.
