THE CHAI CAFE - Viman Nagar

It's a nice, 24/7 open cafe to fulfil your midnight cravings and hunger. The service is a bit slow. The food quantity and taste were both good and sufficient. The ambience was very pleasant, a good place to chill.

Had Manchow soup here and it was good in taste but served in a CUP not a bowl. 🤪😃

Veg pasta was good. This place opens till 3AM so all your midnight cravings are sorted. 😍😇😎

They expect us to order for a large coffee then they will serve us and then we have to complete having it within 20 minutes. We were literally racing against time the whole time we were sitting there. The waiters say to the customers upfront that after 20 mins we need to either reorder or leave. Thats the rudest cafe in Viman Nagar. I would never go back. There is a better cafe next door that does not throw out their customers after 20 mins.

Have been to this place more than twice now and each time I went there the size of the hot chocolate went down considerably. It started with huge cup and within a month or so came to a paper cup. Good option for midnight cravings as one of few places open 24/7 but not worth the due to inconsistencies with servings.

It was a horrible experience. We were literally checking our clock everytime we took a sip of the average tasting coffee we had ordered. The waiter told us in the beginning that we can only sit for 20 mins in the cafe even though half of the seats were vacant. I generally go out for a cup of coffee to have a peace of mind and chill. This cafe wasted the entire evening for me. Never coming back.

Do not serve as per menu to regular customers too. Rude behavior. They force us to take big tea small which was not needed and if we ask for another empty cup do not provide. Ambiance and music at this place will steal your heart.
Set in a vintage Italian cafe style eatery.
Good place to hangout and chill with friends and for casual dates 😏

Extremely impolite staff- they asked us to leave if we have nothing else to order! I mean you guys are supposedly a cafe right? Disgusted and dissappointed. Never coming back and also recommending others not to waste their time and money in this cafe
