Never disappointed by the coffee served here. Though few items from the menu is often out of stock here. Got a perfect Ambience and comfortable setup. Over priced as CCDs are supposed to be, yet worth visiting with your people or with your laptop or a book! Over all, a nice peaceful place.

One of the best cafes in the town, best place to hangout and relax along with good interior and very friendly stuff and not to forget their food as good as their brand !

Worst!!!!! They had no eats. Can you believe. They posted new adds/offers outside only to dissapoint the visitors they had nothing to eat. They have a lousy staff! When asked whats there to eat the staff had the audacity to laze around sitting on his chair with a laid back attitude n replying they had nothing. They should close this thing down. This is evening at 7pm that i am talking about. They dnt even deserve one star.. And dont by the Ambience.

Pretty good compared to other CCD's in town, but still below the standards of a premium coffee place. Food preparations are still lacking taste and value for money. At ₹236/- plus tax the Kaapi Nirvana is not much different from the ₹185/- plus tax Frappe. Without extra cheese or other enhancements nothing tastes good, of course just to remind you that will be charged extra. I just wish we soon have a brand in India, which sustains some standards.

It was ok but they gave us little empty cups....as the coffee was served the cups and glasses were little empty i asked them why is it so...so he started giving an explanation about the froath but after i asked them to fill it up they did and the coffee did not taste bad....it was not awesome but good....we ordered 2 cafe frappe and 1 cappuchino both were good but arguing with the customer deducts some of the rating stars.
