Chai Point

Good to see an Indian brand doing really good. Good flavour, good quality. Price can be bit reasonable. Lot of flavours lime, masala, zinger and different sizes small, medium and large. They have 4 chairs and 2 tables, so just grab a quick order and seat near doctor waiting area.

Though it's inside the hospital, it's well maintained.. staffs are friendly... They won't give bill unless you make payment through Paytm.. and I don't know how to get 500rs for not getting the bill....
However, samosa, banana cake, veg puff and egg puff is very good...!!!

Chai server, named SUMA has a bad way of handling customers in NARAYANA CARDIAC CHAI POINT I HAD no cash and the concerned person was not willing to even try paytm cash!! It's not the first time... On paying cash she attends other customers and forgets the one who had payed and is waiting in queue

Good place for morning tea. Ginger tea is best. Different types of sandwiches are available. Card, cash, UPI all types of payment mode are available. It is located basement of the Narayana Institute of Cardiac Science Hospital.

I visited it at Narayana hospital, Bengaluru on 04 April at 9am.
The counter boy Nagesh G was rude to patient who came for morning cup of ginger tea.
Inspire of several request he did not issue bill.

Snacks are stale and poor quality oil used in samosa and Vada pav. Very late delivery. Both me and my wife's health got deteriorated after consuming their food. Tea is ok. I ordered via Swiggy thrice and twice disappointed.

Horrific experience after ordering from this joint. The vada pav was stale and cooked in what not oil that i developed severe acidity and puked almost 20 times. Had to see a doctor for resolution. Must avoid such branded shoddy outlets.
