The good thing: it has a lawn seating too. The bad thing: it is a take away shop, so you won't get standard CCD cups and glassware . The best thing: it's isolated and good for couples.

The Ambience is quite great. If you are looking forward to spending some time while having snacks and coffee, it's a good place. Though Staff is a little impolite. I tried to click a photo of MY order through my DSLR and a guy came running that it's not allowed! He said that with a Phone I can click but not with a camera! Silly logic!! Still quite good at food.

The prices are a little high compared to the food quality. If you are looking forward to quality food, you may find other good options. It’s great who want to spend long time here !

One of the best CCD outlet of yhe town

Staff is amazing and really helpful. Wifi speed is good. I ordered a hot chai latte and it was freaking good. I loved my experience

This Coffee Day is a nice to relax and dine in place. Variety of Coffee, chocolate, mojito, brownies and many more are available. Staff were nice.

The service is quite poor I visited the outlet twice and there is just one woman who is doing all the work since the store opens up until 1 pm. While the manager and other staff members come and start work at their own pace and don’t bother to help that lady too.

The quality of food is pretty decent, I have tried their espresso and Cappuccino and they both are too good, not sure about other drinks as I haven't tried them yet. Products are a bit too overpriced even considering the status of the coffee outlet, that’s a general review of Cafe Coffee Day.

Advice to Management: Please increase the number of staff members it is really difficult for one person to manage everything from preparing drinks and food to serving them as well. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my order to be ready. It was really frustrating to see how the other members don’t even care to speed up the process, I was literally so annoyed that I had to ask the manager to serve me a cold sandwich and rather wrap it hand it over to me.

CCD used to be a very nice joint with a welcoming atmosphere. Now it has gone to the dogs. Coffee and snacks are still good but the place lacks in cleanliness. There was a bad stale smell which was off-putting. We had a cappuccino and a latte with cheese garlic bread all three were good. But the place was dinghy and smelly. I wouldn't go there again.

Ordered coffee, the taste was not up to the mark.
Also, very less variety in eatables.
