Very digusting food
Found a fly in the waffle
It wasn't in the filling but in the batter itself
No concern for hygiene and no respect for quality of food being served to the customer.
Also the executive at the counter was pretty rude and denied that the fly was in the batter even whilst we were showing him proof that it was in the batter and covered the waffle all around it.

Very testy waffles. They have many varieties of waffles. If you want to try new things than must try The Belgian Waffle.

I have tried Chocolate Overload. It was delicious.

They should improve exhaust system in seating area.

The good place to end your day with. Family gatherings, friends treat, couple friendly and so on can all be added with the topping of a waffle. They serve the authentic taste waffle as uniquely as everywhere. The main part is the environment you get and the area surrounding is very popular and eye catching. We enjoyed here as we had family gathering and had fun here while waffling😀.

The waffles are of great taste. The interior needs some attention.

Terrible customer service. We were made to wait over forty minutes for two waffles, despite enquiring about our order twice. When we finally wanted to cancel, they realized they had misplaced our order & refused to refund. So we had to wait more for our order. They didn't have the decency to apologize even once. Never going there again nor will recommend it to anyone.

Almost all Belgian Waffles outlet are same according to me. Taste are even. I love Belgian waffle and Rock road Waffwich and Red Velvet waffle are my favourite of all .. Place is small and Average Ambience so 1 star less but food is great..

Its a small and cozy place and smells good. It is being renovated as of December 2022 so you be able to sit and eat you will have to order or take away.
