We have ordered ginger tea, veg patty, rusk. All are of average quality. Tea is very bad no ginger taste and not freshly made. Patty is soggy not crispy. Rusk is tasteless and smelly. 👎

One of the worst food chain i think in dwarka, i have order poha through swiggy, they mentioned it i best seller but i found that the ingredients they have mentioned isn't available even taste is worst.. Never suggest anyone in future to order it from Chai point. Even i found plastic thread in my poha...

Very nice and cosy place amidst the busy hustle of Reliance mall. The stafs are very prompt, courteous and helpful. The menu is pocket friendly and has a wide variety of snacks and beverages.
