Lovely environment and tasty food

Initially loved the ambience and the special brown hills coffee. Loved the chicken and mushroom noodles. Also the service was very good.
But during Durga puja I took my 10 year old cousin as she wanted to try pizza and ice cream. She noticed that instead of pizza crust bread was used and the pizza was of very low quality. Ice cream was served to us on disposable paper plate while everyone around us were served in glass bowls. For a 10 yr old these things matter. I was disheartened as well.
Being a frequent visitor and every time I order elaborate dishes, I must say it was disheartening. Initially i thought of recommending the cafe to my food blogger friends but now i am a bit sceptical.

Food is ok with limited choice in the place. Service is something they need to improve a lot. All the staff need proper grooming. The owner is a biker & vlogger I guess. Surprised to see him lacking basic politeness in handling customers. Service is key aspect in a cafe business. This place can easily be the best if they improve on this.

Worst experience ever.They had Dalgona Coffee in their menu but they could not provide it even though there were very few diners.Such a Shame.I have given one star for the person who so humbly kept on saying that the coffee is being prepared for almost an hour and we waited for it patiently.

The environment is just vibrant.
I recommend everyone who love coffee and spend time can go there...
The beautiful anterior is best in the city...

Food quality was excellent,...... I personally felt service improvement ...👌👍 of it's staff will surely can attract every one.
