Quality and timing of the bus is good. But the quality of the blanket they provide is not good but decent. I feel the price of the ticket is a bit high. The charging port side on the bus will not work all the time, if it's not working you have to ask the driver to turn on the power supply for the same. Over all service is good.

Bus was good. But it came late, and was slow on the route as well. Staff was good. They showed a movie and gave enough time for dinner and breakfast. So overall I am only dissatisfied with the timings.

National travels are scam. They take money for a sleeper seat but gives seat in cabin at the last. Lots of people have to suffer a lot cause of them.. National travels please stop this scam.

Never on time, bus is always late, for example more than 2 hours late than boarding time for my last trip!! Did not book with them after that.

Worst experience.... My bus was late so they put me on another bus with a stranger to share a seat.... I specifically picked a single seat (sleeper bed).... This is not professional... Really sad

It was my worst travel experience! The driver and the booking staff in pune asked me 100 Rs. per person in the absence of negative RT PCR test. No space for keeping luggages
