Never book any ticket of Maharani Travels from online booking apps. We had booked 4 tickets via Redbus. When we went to board the bus, one of their staff misbehaved with us and forced us to deboard the bus saying from whom did we ask before booking online. We don't honour online booking.
Horrible experience.

It’s a private bus service operating from Gaya to various places like Kolkata, Ranchi, Tatanagar, Patna and few more. I used the Gaya to Tatanagar service to and fro and the journey was fine if not great. They reached the destination not time every time but the start was always delayed. Also the bus was not AC. Seats were decent but since it was a seater+sleeper it really felt short on space. Should have more spacious and airy or AC buses for these long routes. The staff was ok, I didn’t face any issue. Provides a good 30 minutes stop to have dinner. Also there is no place to keep your hand bag as the upper luggage slot is being used for sleeper seats.

Not good for higenic maintain..also AC is set down from gaya to patna...

Pathetic service your bus will change after a short time period reached after 14 hours in 6 hours hour trip you can't get your seat even after your booking 3 person alloted a same seat very very pathetic.

Better but not the best.... Can trust the bus service but Staff not satisfactory

The language of bus driver, conductor and every other person who works here is very very rough. The driving is also very harsh and oftentimes they lead to accidents in rural and urban both areas.
The moment you give them the money for the ticket, the fraud will start. Strictly recommended to avoid this fraud and arrogant bus service.

Staff behaviour & service is too pathetic they should learn something from Aitiana Airwings not just learning they should take a class.
