Worst traveling agency at present in jagdalpur -raipur route. The buses are at bad conditions, even the bus attendants are rude. They will take the bus to places according to their convenience and you will be late or asked to get off the bus mid-way and take cab for the pre-decided location. So not happy worst experience

My experience was very bad with this. In my recent travel from Raipur to Nagpur, Bus conductor left me and 3 more passengers from pick up point purposely and took other 3 passengers who don't have booking. Bus return back after doing complaint, but staff didn't accept their mistakes and misbehave with us.

Worst bus service and behaviour they took money but didn't give tickets to passenger for long distance from jagdalpur to Raipur very bad experience ever don't travel from this bus operators this bus from jagdalpur to durg they even didn't return my money back very bad pathetic service ever

Ac not working.
Charging point not working.
Ac sleeper nonstop but condition like local bus.
Delay -4.3hrs
Route- Raipur to Rachi
Bus time-6pm at Raipur but leave the bus stand at 7:15 pm
Bus Manger- Mishra ji Was drunk and rude.
Travel Date- 30/09/2022

Pathetic service i booked a ticket from Ranchi to Raipur the bus is late by 5hours I had missed my Bank po mains exam. The bus manager told that bus will definitely reach Raipur at 6:30am but it reached at 11:30..my examination reporting time was 8:30..this was very painfull...before booking I asked the manger twice or thrice sir "bus late nhi na hoga sir time pai pahucha dega na mera mains ka exam hai "and everytime he says ha madam bus right time par chor dega Raipur... Par aesa nhi hua. I am very much disappointed.. please don't travel in (Mahendra travel)

Very bad service the person in bus is not knowing how to behave with the passenger. Don't have the manner to talk. This is my last time I have planned with mahendra I will never prefer or nor I will choose. Though I was the regular traveler of mahendra for raipur to indore today it was the worst experience

Even they does not deserve 1 Star! First they charged Rs 1650 for Volvo then changed the bus with 2*1 so called AC Bus! Its scheduled time was 11:45 Pm at Nagpur but it arrived nagpur on 01:15 AM, Its seats / bedsheets were not cleaned, nor blankets were offered, curtains are stinking, bus seems very old neither maintained, now they are not refunding the balance amount to all passengers & there are few non-reserved passengers too!

Bad experience while traveling from Borgaon to Raipur today. The conductor lift four of us from Borgaon at about 09.20 today assuring proper seat, but later on dumped on one side sleeper seat stating that 6 (six) passengers have to be seated.
