Tollygunge Fari - An important junction in South Kolkata connecting New Alipur Petrol Pump, Chetla, Taratala, Diamond Harbour Road on one side & Jadavpur Police Station, E. M. Bypass through Kalikapur Connector on other side - Many bus routes, minibus routes & share auto services are available here along with underground Metro service at this junction that allows commuters to travel to various parts of Kolkata on all four sides viz. North, East, West & South - Public transport is available from very early morning (app. 4 AM) to mid night though service frequency are high between 7 AM till 10 PM - This junction is very congested almost at all times of the day.

Being Mithi
You can get many buses from here. But the locality is bad and not safe for girls and couples! I don't want to waste a single star also. I won't recommend this bus stop. It's better to stand near Rabindra Sarobar metro, there's a signal where busses stop a few minutes walk from there.
