Terrific experience , horrible bus and dangerous bus staff ,they left us 11 Kms outside Madurai city at 4 o clock in the morning ,(our dropping point was near periyar bus depo Madurai) and when we asked bus conductor (helper) and driver threaten us and said lot of bad words .pls never ever trust this travels .they have violet and dangerous bus conductor and driver.

Don’t even know where to start. Everything about this travels and bus gets a ZERO score! From the timing , to the comfort- not punctual and horribly maintained bus with non functional AC( they are cheating all customers by charging for AC bus , it’s like a concentration camp inside ,breathing each other’s CO2!!!! At least they can put bus conductors who make up for the PATHETIC bus condition by having a pleasant behaviour. But no! They act like they are doing us a favour by letting us travel in their bus. The whole concept of color coding seats booked by female passengers is unknown to these people- or atleast they act like that. I don’t understand why they would allow a male passenger to book that seat and then the staff sit and eat other passengers brains to exchange seats. Safety should be ensured to all women passengers (especially if they travelling alone) at the same time don’t make it unpleasant for other passengers who have booked together. Please be professional in the way you deal with your customers.
As most of your reviews are bad, please try to make a change in your travels , I’m sure it will make many passengers happy and make travelling more joyful!
