Bus stand to pick up local buses to travel within madurai city.. Also, lot of bus travels in and around this complex.. You could find small shops with tasty foods like goat soups, rose milk, milk guava, etc.. Fruit shops, mobile accessories.. Sometimes you need to have gymnastic skills to catch buses.. Paid toilet available..

Basic amenities could definitely be better. Atleast basic seating for passengers waiting for their buses would be appreciated. There are sufficient tea shops, restaurants, bakeries etc for convenience of travellers. There is also a pay and use public restroom but which can definitely be maintained much better. One of the few popular outstation bustands of madurai.

Good,4 platform in bus stand in side of pillar past banner to identify which stop in which platform .it helpful so much

Went morning 6.15 Am buses are operating but rest room not yet opened is locked🔐

As I am non local and don't know tamil language bits bit difficult to find buses but people are helpful to get the right bus, clean bus station and if info is provided in another languages also it will be good
